Ingredients for 4 portions
1 kg Greek yoghurt
1 TSP Vanilla extract
2 TSP Lemon juice
150 g Icing sugar
200 g Cream

Preparation
- Stir the yoghurt, vanilla paste, lemon juice and icing sugar until creamy.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezable, sealable bowl and place in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- Stir with a fork every 30 minutes to crush the ice crystals.
- The frozen yoghurt is ready to eat as soon as the ice cream is well frozen and the mixture is still creamy.
- Garnish with toppings and serve.
