Finnish sauna
Enjoy healthy sweating in the Finnish sauna at temperatures between 85 and 105Β°C in a wonderfully dry room climate. A sauna session stimulates circulation, helps the body to cleanse itself and supports the immune system. We recommend a duration of between 15 and 20 minutes per sauna session, followed by a rest period.
Steam bath
In our steam bath you can expect temperatures between 38 and 40Β°C and a humidity of around 70%. The pleasant water vapour strengthens the immune system and invigorates mind and soul. Inside our steam bath you will be welcomed by a temperature between 38 and 40 degrees and a humidity of 70 percent. The pleasant steam mist strengthens the immune system and invigorates body and mind. The mild radiant heat also ensures an excellent bathing experience.
Infrared cabin
Enjoy the pleasant warmth of the infrared cabin. The infrared rays treat even the deepest areas of the skin, creating a relaxed, warm feeling. Unlike the Finnish sauna, the infrared cabin does not reach temperatures above 60Β°C. It is therefore particularly gentle on the circulation. Infrared cabins help with skin blemishes and irritations, increase blood circulation, stimulate the metabolism and relieve muscle tension.
Ice fountain
Our ice fountain cools you down after a sauna session. Treat your body to the refreshing crushed ice from the fountain and enjoy the wonderfully refreshing tingling sensation on your skin.
Relaxation room
Our Swiss stone pine relaxation room is the perfect place to relax between sauna sessions. The pleasant warmth and noticeable peace and quiet have a positive effect on your well-being.
