Cross-country skiing

There is a large selection of different trails and the surrounding landscape invites you to enjoy. Cross-country skiing is one of the healthiest sports of all: it is particularly easy on the joints and at the same time the perfect full-body workout, as almost all muscle groups are used.

Curling

This ice sport is particularly widespread in the Alpine region and is an old Tyrolean tradition. An extremely sociable winter and team sport in which cone-shaped ice sticks with a flat base are pushed as precisely as possible over a smooth ice surface. Fun and games also await the teams during the breaks. A beer, hot Jagertee or a schnapps are usually included.
