Summer refreshment made easy - cucumber cold dish
Basic ingredients:
- One kilo of cucumbers
- 300g yoghurt
- 750ml buttermilk
- 150g crème fraîche
- One clove of garlic
- 2 bunches dill
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1:
Peel the cucumbers, cut in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Step 2:
Finely grate the cucumber halves. Peel the garlic and press through a garlic press.
Step 3:
Mix the yoghurt, buttermilk and crème fraîche together.
Step 4:
Wash and chop the dill, add to the yoghurt and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Step 5:
Fold the cucumber mixture into the yoghurt and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 6:
Garnish the cucumber cold dish as desired (e.g. dill, basil, a dollop of yoghurt or fresh cucumber slices) and serve cold.
