Face mask for soft skin
Ingredients:
- 1 pot of yoghurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 banana
Put a pot of yoghurt in a bowl and mix it with the liquid honey. Stir until you have a homogeneous mixture. Optionally, you can add half a mashed banana. When your mask is ready, apply it to your cleansed face and neck with a brush. Leave the face mask on for around 20 minutes and then wash it off thoroughly with warm water. Your skin will feel particularly soft and smooth after application. The ingredients also have an anti-inflammatory and regenerating effect. If that's not a reason to give this mask a try!
Face mask for dry skin
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- ¼ cup honey
We all know it, we all hate it: especially in winter, our skin often becomes very dry and irritated. But that's all over now! Simply mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl until you have a creamy paste. Then apply the mask to your face at the same time and leave it on for 15 minutes. Afterwards, simply take a soft paper towel, wipe off the mask and rinse off the rest with warm water. The only danger with the whole thing: the mask not only helps against dry skin, it also tastes delicious! So make sure you don't eat the mask before you apply it.
Face mask for firm skin
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tbsp curd cheese
- 1/3 cucumber
Cucumbers have long been known among wellness enthusiasts for their refreshing and firming effect. However, cucumbers are not only suitable for applying to the eyes in the form of thin slices - they also have a cooling and firming effect in homemade face masks. For this recipe, cut a third of a cucumber into small pieces and then puree to a fine paste using a hand blender. Then add the curd cheese and mix everything thoroughly. Apply the mask to cleansed skin and leave it on for 20 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water and be amazed!
