It's not just good for your soul, your skin will also love the extra attention.
For dry skin: avocado mask
You need:
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1-2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork and mix with the honey and yoghurt. Then apply the mask to your washed face and leave it on for around 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash it off with lukewarm water or a damp cloth.
For blemished skin: healing clay mask
You need:
- 2 tablespoons of healing earth
- Warm water
Mix the healing clay with a little warm water to form a thick paste and apply to the washed face. Once the mask is completely dry, it can be carefully washed off with lukewarm water.
For a fresh complexion - buttermilk mask
You need:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon honey
The egg white is separated from the egg yolk and then beaten until stiff. Then add the buttermilk, honey and egg yolk and mix to form a creamy mixture. The mask can be washed off with lukewarm water approx. 20 minutes after application.
For soft skin - honey mask
You need:
- 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
The yoghurt is mixed with the honey and applied to the washed face. After approx. 20 minutes, the mask can be washed off with lukewarm water.
The masks should be applied directly as they contain fresh food. You should also check beforehand whether all ingredients are tolerated. Always apply the masks to the entire face with the exception of the eye and mouth area.
