Alcohol is not a must - The mocktail
The word "mocktail" is an English nesting word made up of "cocktail" and the verb "to mock", which means to imitate. The trend for non-alcoholic cocktails originated in London and New York, but if you want to avoid alcohol in your drinks, this cocktail is also suitable as a non-alcoholic refreshment. You can simply omit the alcohol and increase the juice content.
Step 1:
Combine the raspberries and juice of half a lime in a cocktail shaker and crush with a muddler.
Step 2:
Add white rum, vodka, coconut water and ice. Shake the ingredients in a shaker until the outside is cool.
Step 3:
Strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass with fresh ice.
Step 4:
Add the pineapple juice and stir. Different syrups can also be added depending on the flavour. Pineapple and coconut syrup are particularly suitable.
Step 5:
Garnish the cocktail with fresh pineapple and lime.
