Recipe

To make the perfect base for an acai bowl, you need the following ingredients:

- 100 grams frozen acai puree
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- A frozen banana
- 65 millilitres almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon linseed

And this is how it works:

Before you start blending, it is advisable to take the packet of frozen acai puree and the frozen banana out of the freezer about 15 minutes before preparation so that both can thaw slightly. Then put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend in several stages. Blend the ingredients until you have a creamy mixture. Et voila - the base of the acai bowl is ready.

The topping

You have now learnt how to prepare the base of the acai bowl easily at home. All that's missing now are the right toppings! Homemade granola is particularly tasty and crunchy. You can easily prepare this by baking your favourite nuts and seeds with a little melted coconut oil and maple syrup. If you like a tropical flavour, you can use coconut chips and dried tropical fruit as toppings. If you want to make the already healthy bowl even healthier, you can also sprinkle all kinds of seeds and seeds over the fruit puree and refine the bowl with a spoonful of nut butter. A little fresh fruit is a must. Chop up your favourite fruit and drape it over the fruit puree.

As you can see, there are no limits to the ingredients you can use to top your acai bowl. So feel free to be creative and try out all possible combinations, because your breakfast bowl will never be boring. We hope you enjoy making your own and bon appétit!
