During the hike, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding communities in the low mountain range, the Inntal valley, Innsbruck and the majestic Nordkette mountain range. With sturdy shoes on your feet, this trail is an ideal choice for a winter hike that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
If you are looking for a bigger challenge, you can also go to the Muttereralm hike (around 678 metres in altitude, 4.5 km route). The trail leads from the Muttereralm valley station through meadows and forests to the alpine pasture.
