Indoor sport

Few things are as sobering on holiday or at the weekend as being surprised by constant rain. Very few people can enjoy the wet weather and outdoor sports enthusiasts in particular are limited in their ability to pursue their passion. We reveal our four indoor sports tips to help you turn a rainy day in Tyrol into an unforgettable experience. From family outings to professional sports - Innsbruck is only 15 minutes away from our hotel dasMEI**** and offers you a variety of options that will make you sweat!

Bouncing fun for young and old

Whether you're a trampoline beginner or a jumping pro - at Flip Labs you and your family can push your limits according to the motto "expanding my limits". From your first attempt at jumping to a triple backflip - on over 60 fun and sports trampolines in eleven different zones, you are guaranteed to find the right exercise equipment to make you forget your worries on a rainy day. However, it's not just fun and action that are prioritised, but also your safety. Before you are allowed to explore the hall at your own pace, you will complete a warm-up together with instructors and be instructed on the correct behaviour and use of the equipment.

Fast-paced go-kart ride

Do you like to step on the gas? In Innsbruck B1 you can experience pure adrenalin with a fast-paced go-kart ride on Austria's longest go-kart track. 510 metres of track on two levels with 16 bends and a bridge provide the ultimate challenge. The action-packed ride is also ideal for children, as they are provided with the obligatory protective equipment and a children's kart specially designed for young drivers.

Adventures in the indoor climbing park

If your heart beats for climbing, then the Innsbruck climbing centre is the right place for you. While the dirty weather outside makes the rock faces wet and slippery, one of the largest and most modern climbing centres in the world awaits you in Tyrol. Amidst the rugged rocks of the indoor climbing centre, you can swap raindrops for drops of sweat. 500 climbing routes and 200 bouldering options - you'll be spoilt for choice.

Tricks and flips in the skate hall

An action adventure for skateboard, scooter and BMX enthusiasts awaits you on 1,900 square metres. In a mixture of street course and classic park elements, you can put your tricks and flips to the test, making you forget the bad weather in no time at all. In the beginners' area, you can try out this action sport at your own pace!

However, a visit to the Innsbruck skate hall is not only worthwhile as a participant! Various skate and BMX events also take place there regularly, attracting numerous onlookers - it's worth watching!
