Then place the eggs in a cup and let them slide quickly into the water and cook for about 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>When the individual components of the dish are ready, you can finally serve. Divide the asparagus between two plates and pour the homemade sauce over it. Finally, place the poached eggs on top and sprinkle with a few dill sprigs for a touch of green colour.
