Now it's getting hot! In our Finnish sauna, you have the opportunity to enjoy healthy sweating at temperatures between 85 and 105\u00b0C in a wonderfully dry room climate. A sauna session not only stimulates circulation, but also helps the body to cleanse itself and build up its defences. We recommend a duration of between 15 and 20 minutes per sauna session, followed by a rest period.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

It is therefore particularly gentle on the circulation.
