For this very reason, we have prepared a delicious soup recipe for you that couldn't be more appropriate after Christmas, New Year's Eve and the like. During the festive season, you're sure to have accumulated a few open bottles of wine in your fridge that need to be utilised somehow in the near future. This is where our delicious soup recipe comes into play: <em><strong>Wine soup<\/strong><\/em>! We'll show you how to make creamy wine soup in no time at all and get rid of your leftover wine in the most delicious way. But our recipe is anything but run-of-the-mill: our wine soup recipe is something very special, as it was created by our head chef Martin.  The Terlano wine soup is a much-loved classic dish on our menu and is one of the MII staples. Here is Martin's master tip!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator_no_text vc_sep_color_grey\" ><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_l\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_r\"><span  class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container vc_container\" ><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n    <div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n        <div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n            \n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><strong>Martin's master tip<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h5><strong>To make wine soup, you will need the following ingredients:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>- 2 onions<br \/>\n- 0.5 litre white wine<br \/>\n- 1-2 floury potatoes<br \/>\n- 250 ml cream<br \/>\n- 0.5 litre water<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container vc_container\" ><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n    <div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n        <div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n            \n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h5><strong>And this is how it works:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><br \/>\nFirstly, peel and dice the onions and potatoes. Heat a little oil in a pan and saut\u00e9 the finely diced onions in it. Then add the raw potato pieces and saut\u00e9 on all sides in the pan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><br \/>\nDeglaze the onions and potatoes with white wine and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the water and cream and simmer the soup for a few more minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><br \/>\nNow flavour the soup to your liking. In addition to salt and pepper, a little nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon are particularly suitable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen the potatoes are cooked, it is time to puree the soup with a hand blender.
