You only need a few ingredients for this and it can be prepared in no time at all. The star of the show: your homemade blueberry syrup, whose vibrant colour is guaranteed to make you fall in love immediately. Thanks to the blueberry syrup, the cocktail is perfect for parties because you can prepare the syrup well in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, we don't want to keep you in suspense any longer and will now tell you how you can easily make the berry-sweet blueberry gin fizz yourself. Then add the lemon zest and the frozen blueberries. Boil for approx. 10 minutes and then finely puree the blueberries. When the mixture thickens a little, carefully pour the blueberry syrup through a fine sieve. The syrup can then be poured into a sealable jar. Then pour in the homemade syrup and add the gin and sparkling soda water.
