To give you some inspiration, we will reveal a delicious basic recipe that always works and can be spiced up with other ingredients if required.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container vc_container\" ><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n    <div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n        <div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n            \n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h4><strong>You will need the following ingredients for 2 portions:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h6><strong>Summer rolls:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>- 10-15 g cooked rice noodles<br \/>\n- 5-8 sheets of rice paper<br \/>\n- 1 carrot<br \/>\n- 1 avocado<br \/>\n- \u00bd Cucumber<br \/>\n- \u00bd Paprika<br \/>\n- 5-8 green salad leaves<br \/>\n- 1 handful of basil<br \/>\n- 1 handful of coriander (optional)<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Peanut sauce:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>&#8211; 4 <span data-original=\"El\">Tbsp unsweetened peanut butter \/ peanut butter<br \/>\n<\/span><span data-original=\"El\">&#8211; <\/span><span data-normalized=\"2\" data-fraction=\"\" data-original=\"2\">2 tsp soy sauce<br \/>\n<\/span><span data-normalized=\"1\" data-fraction=\"\" data-original=\"1\">- 1 pressed garlic clove<br \/>\n<\/span><span data-normalized=\"3\" data-fraction=\"\" data-original=\"3-4\">- 3-4 tbsp warm water<br \/>\n<\/span><span data-normalized=\"0.5\" data-fraction=\"1\" data-original=\"1\/2\">- \u00bd tsp Sriracha<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container vc_container\" ><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n    <div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n        <div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n            \n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><strong>And this is how it works:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container vc_container\" ><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\">\n    <div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n        <div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n            \n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Step 1:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Firstly, prepare the glass noodles by boiling them in hot water with a pinch of salt. Then peel the carrot and wash the cucumber and pepper before cutting the vegetables into thin strips. Deseed the avocado and cut it into fine strips. Then wash the lettuce leaves, basil and coriander and drain the ingredients briefly on a piece of kitchen paper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><br \/>\nNow it's time to prepare the sauce. Leave the rice paper to soak and then place it on a large plate. Dab the rice paper leaves with a damp kitchen towel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><br \/>\nTake a little of your prepared ingredients and place them in the centre of the rice paper. Drizzle about a teaspoon of the peanut sauce on top. Once all the ingredients are positioned on the rice paper, fold in the side edges and carefully roll from the bottom upwards.
