Basis of every reservation<\/h3>\n

Reservations are usually made in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail. In exceptional cases also by telephone. The exclusive basis for every reservation is the acceptance of the travel conditions in the currently valid price list, which also replaces all previous publications. A 101TP3 deposit of at least \u20ac 100.00 is required for each reservation, <\/strong>over Christmas\/New Year a 501TP3 deposit is required, which can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

Cancellation, rebooking<\/h3>\n

Cancellation or rebooking can only be made in writing.<\/p>\n

  • on the day of arrival 80% of the total amount<\/li>\n

    Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n

    Your room is at the Arrival day from 15.00 hrs<\/strong> available. The Arrival is possible until 23:00<\/strong>We ask for a short e-mail or a phone call for late arrivals. A check-in after 23:00 would incur a charge of \u20ac 10,- per room and hour after 23:00 until 02:00 at the latest.
    \nRoom release on\u00a0Departure day until 11.00 am.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    It is possible to book a specific room number for an additional charge.<\/p>\n

    For the 3rd person<\/strong> for 2 full-paying adults in a double room we only charge 70 % of the room rate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The early booking discount is not valid during the Christmas and New Year period.<\/p>\n

    Terms of payment<\/h3>\n

    The hotel bill must be paid before departure in cash, by EC card or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), payments on account are possible at any time.

    Single room<\/h3>\n

    Single room \"Heimatliebe\", price list according to description. Double rooms for single use can also be booked on request, for which we charge a surcharge of 40%.<\/p>\n

    There are different versions of some rooms and suites, so there may be differences compared to the photos.<\/p>\n

    Dogs and other small pets<\/h3>\n

    Are only permitted on request in the double room categories Waldzauber, Koi, Eisvogel, Almrose and Almwiese. We charge \u20ac 25,00 per day<\/strong> (without food). We ask you to bring a basket\/blanket etc. with you. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the wellness area and on the sunbathing lawn. We also reserve the right to charge for any soiling, repairs or damage that exceeds the normal level.<\/p>\n

    Smoking<\/h3>\n

    We would like to point out that our rooms are Non-smoking room<\/strong> and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the terrace or on the balcony.<\/p>\n

    Liability<\/h3>\n

    In accordance with Austrian hotel regulations, we are liable for the proper fulfilment of the services listed.<\/p>\n
